Brenda wouldn’t be someone I’d recommend to anyone. She’s not very knowledgeable and relies more or what she thinks sounds good or might get you to buy faster. This wasn’t a fit and I found a number of her suggestions and recommendations to be incredibly naive or just wrong. She constantly pushed a lot of “her people” to get kick backs on referrals and I wouldn’t recommend any of those people either. Just steer clear and find your own house then get an online broker to handle the paperwork for half the commission.
