My family has been using this dentist for several years. Dr. Reber and her staff are fabulous. I would highly recommend them. They even do a fantastic job with my special-needs son who has sensory issues.

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have

Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here.
