Very knowledgeable on all the facts and very helpful getting the house ready for sale. Very helpful and we appreciate everything she did to help. Brenda went Way beyond her expected duties to make sure everything was looking good and took care of for us the seller so the buyer was happy with everything. A+ agent i’ll recommend her.
Several years ago I wanted to get an appraisal and property management person for our house in Covington Ga. Living out of state I found Mrs. Beal with a internet search . She gave me an appraisal with good comps and paper work in a timely manner . In short order she also found us a very good renter . Last month we decided to sell the house and again Mrs. Beal came through with flying colors as the selling agent . Paper work and closing was completed without a hitch .
