Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
