I had a great experience working with Bremco. Their team was professional, reliable, and very easy to work with from start to finish. They communicated clearly, stayed organized, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality service. They truly care about their clients and go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
Terrible,terrible, terrible! DO NOT rent from them. 0 communication 0 response. No one answers the phone and when they do Christina is never available and the front desk attendant dosent know anything always promising "we will give you a call back" and they never did. I called for 3 months almost every single day to get a copy of the HOA’s insurance my bank was requesting. Not one returned call over 80+ calls and messages left! Today they forgot to let us know the city will be cutting our water I was left without notice for 4 hours waiting. The receptionist can careless of who calls and Cristina “the manager” is a joke. Christina from Bremco is not a real person. Never returns calls, never returns emails, never solves any problems. This company is trash. They collect money but honestly I don’t know what they do with it. We gave them $3k to fix the retaining wall & it’s been a year and nothing has happened. Looking into taking legal action.
This used to be a one star review but was edited as the repairs where done. I still feel that I should leave my original experience here as it may match with others. Bremco is my current property manager. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Here is a list of current problems that no one will help us with. When we call we get their “answering service”.
