Definitely not worth calling them! Have applied for several positions there that I'm definitely qualified for and not one phone call or offer to help in any way from them! Could use a little Customer Service training.
I think there are better more friendlier agencies in Tyler.

Almost exactly 1 year ago I met with Gates, told him what I was looking for, and he found me my dream job...in a matter of days!! Gates and his staff was wonderful to deal with.
