Big thank you to the receptionist (Sarah, I think?)! Medical issues can be so stressful to deal with and having such a kind and friendly interaction can make the whole process easier.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The Facts: 1. I made an appointment with one of the geriatricians on behalf of my elderly mother in May this year. This appointment was accepted without any issue by the secretary. 2. Several days later I received a call from the practice manager whereupon we confirmed said appointment. No further issues were raised at this time. 3. I had my booster here, never been before and my experience was great. Everyone was really friendly and the center is big, bright and very clean. Wish I have discovered it earlier.
First time visiting Brellah. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The place is bright and airy with excellent facilities for patients and families. Would recommend the team to anyone looking excellent doctors and friendly staff.
