Brekke was wonderful with our fireplace install! They listened to exactly what we wanted and worked within our budget! We got quotes from other places, and Brekke was the most reasonable and didn’t try to up sell us like the other guy did. When the manufacturer delayed our order, they checked in with us daily! They were knowledgeable, helpful and kind! Couldn’t recommend more!

My friend and I just wanted to post a comment about the excellent customer service we received. All our curious questions were answered thoroughly, friendly and professionally even though the we were unable to purchase at the time. They patiently waited as we looked around the showroom even though it was closing time (unbeknown to us). Thank you!
Very knowledgeable, removed an old gas fireplace and installed a new one. Showed up when they were suppose to. Completed the job in a timely manner. Very pleased.
Brekke Fireplace Shoppe did an excellent job educating us on their products, giving our contractor a detailed plan, and installing a new wood burning fireplace in our new build. The staff was professional and courteous. Highly recommended! 😀
Changing the wood fireplace to gas was such a hard decision, but I'm so glad I took the plunge since my kids and I love sitting in front of the fire and snuggling! No more cleaning out the ash and no annual chimney sweep needed!
