I really appreciate the flexibility in the scheduling and the preparedness of the staff. I do not remember ever having to wait if I am on time for my appointments. They never harass us about insurance claims or any petty fees.
I drive half an hour or more, depending on traffic, to see Dr. Dubin instead of anyone closer to me. THAT is how much I appreciate his work, and the entire office staff.

It is always a pleasure chatting with my Doctor and staff. I have never had to wait for my appointments. Continue being as efficient as you are.
