NO STAR Rating!!! Just got an email from them notifying me of an outstanding balance. In order to get any further info, they require me to click on 'your account'. No address, no phone number, no specific info in the email...looks like a scam to me!
Over $300 for a pair of crutches, ankle brace, and walking boot. Absolute highway robbery scam and I plan on letting UC-Health know that I will no longer go to them for services if they continue to use this company to prey on unsuspecting patients. Also, they have continued to text me stating I have a past due balance when my balance is in fact $0.
Like the other reviewers have stated, this company is disgusting and without morals. They seriously overcharge ($315 for a wrist brace!!) because they are the only option in urgent care.
This company is an absolute scam. I have reported to Better Business Bureau. They billed me $425 for a plastic boot that is $87 on Amazon. At a time when families are struggling to make ends meet. This is a week's worth of groceries for me. Shame on you for a massive markup for a plastic boot that probably costs $7 from China. It's not a surprise that people are completely dissatisfied with the medical industry and insurance.
