Like the other reviewers have stated, this company is disgusting and without morals. They seriously overcharge ($315 for a wrist brace!!) because they are the only option in urgent care.

This company is an absolute scam. I have reported to Better Business Bureau. They billed me $425 for a plastic boot that is $87 on Amazon. At a time when families are struggling to make ends meet. This is a week's worth of groceries for me. Shame on you for a massive markup for a plastic boot that probably costs $7 from China. It's not a surprise that people are completely dissatisfied with the medical industry and insurance.

My bill for my brace came 2 1/2 years later. Had a bill for the crutches come through in 2020 as it should have, and an invoice that shows paid in full in 2020. They keep sending a bill with the boot and extra amount for the crutches that were already paid. I'm sure insurance paid for part of the boot as well, but they are charging full price for that and I no longer have that same insurance to check since the bill was sent so late.
