Breg is impossible to deal with as a company. They actively avoid providing answers to questions regarding their practices and training for providers to properly fit devices. Instead they repeatedly deflected any of my questions and offered to help me set up payment. Breg stated that I could not return a poorly fitting device with this statement to me, "As the product was placed on you, it is therefore considered 'used' and cannot be returned." I can’t say enough about how well Eddie took care of my daughter. We had a horrible experience with another provider and our doctor told us to reach out to Eddie at Breg as they had just started referring people to him. The other company messed up and didn’t submit the order to the manufacturer which was causing the brace to come in three weeks late. They lied to us for three days about what the issue was. Breg Inc turned my account over to collections, but I NEVER received a bill. I received a collection notice for services rendered in May 2024! Do not use this company!! I paid it right away to the collection agency, but Breg never attempted to reach me, otherwise I would have paid it last year! Bad business practice. The University of Colorado Hospital uses this company...shaking my head in disappointment.
Charged $340 for a knee brace that I could have bought online for half the price. Same brand. Same brace. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.
NO STAR Rating!!! Just got an email from them notifying me of an outstanding balance. In order to get any further info, they require me to click on 'your account'. No address, no phone number, no specific info in the email...looks like a scam to me!
