Used to take my car here often, figured it would be a bit busy on a Sunday morning but none the less still went. After my car sat for 20 minutes untouched, three cars that were behind me getting the same quick inside wipe down were done before mine was even touched. I waited a grand total of an hour and a half.. my husbands truck, who was right ahead of mine, was done in 40 minutes. Very disappointed at the organization this company has turned to. Amazing service I dropped my wallet the gentleman in the buffing area found it and gave it back to me... saved my butt thanks so much
This location used to be the best in the city. They would take 15 min. to make sure they got everything just right, but on my latest visit, last Thursday, I have to say that it seems like they are having trouble keeping good help. I will not let one bad visit keep me from trying them again, but I have fears that they are just not as good as they used to be............and that is a shame
