I got the Breezy's VIP this weekend, the highest price car wash they have.. after getting my car washed, i got home and really looked at it. They did a horrible job, didn't even dry my rims, they were still dirty and didn't add the tire shine. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed.
Not only has the attention to detail when cleaning cars became NONE existing but also once they get your debit/credit card number they will keep charging it without permission... I have asked them for months to stop this automatic draft they reassure me that it is done and then the next month they take it out again and this is been going on for 3 months now... Very unacceptable more importantly unprofessional the new owners are not the same!!!
This was the worst car wash I have ever received and I even paid for the FS VIP wash. Several exterior and interior spots missed that was very easy to see on a black vehicle. I watched the entire time and the exterior body was never wiped down several water spots still showing. Towels left inside the vehicle found later once I got home. Not busy during the time the employees just seemed more interested in getting back to their phones or taking breaks. Go elsewhere or just do it yourself. Very disappointed!!!
First time and last time! Very slow service Car still was still dirty
Stole something out me car! Said vacuum probably got it! Vacuum never been where it was taken from cause there is loose dust and dirt where they "vacuumed"
