I had an extremely disappointing experience with Breezeway Heat and Air. After spending $7,000 on a brand new HVAC system, it failed after just two years. When I called them for service, their technician seemed unsure of the issue and had to consult their internal support, who rushed him off the phone and provided incorrect advice. They promised to follow up with a quote and timeline for parts, but never did, leaving me in 90-degree heat with no AC. This summer’s heat has been extreme, and I was feeling quite stressed due to issues with my air conditioning and the noise it was making. Fortunately, I called Breezeway and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Robert. He truly has “magic hands” and not only fixed the problem efficiently, but also took the time to explain how I can perform basic care and maintenance myself. Breezeway was great to work with - they replaced my two units in a condo building, and were able to do it both quickly and cost competitively right as summer was starting to bring hot temperatures. Would definitely recommend to others and would use them again!
