My furnace stopped working this morning on the coldest day of the year. I called Breezway Air and Heating. After being offered an appointment in 48 hours I asked for and was given an emergency appointment. The technician came in about 90 minutes and quickly got my furnace fixed. He also explained to me how the power outage in our area had caused the problem and what to do in the future to avoid a recurrence. I can't rave enough about the excellent job Field Tech Josh did. My entire experience with Breezeway Heating and Air was top-tier. From connecting with Kesha to urgently scheduling a visit to check out my AC unit, to Josh arriving on time and thoroughly educating me on the issue and best maintenance practices, everything was handled professionally.
