Edited: The office addressed the issue immediately! I called to inquire about a possible quote for a gingivectomy. The front lady (Victoria?) was asking about my dental insurance and hung up on me when she was trying to find my information. I called back twice within 5 mins, and she put me straight to voicemail. Favorite dentist I’ve ever had! Very friendly staff, nice office, and Dr. Liao always spends a good amount of time with patients. So happy to have found them.

I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Liao for the exceptional care given to my child throughout the orthodontic treatment! From the first consultation to every follow-up appointment, the doctor and the entire team were highly professional and friendly, making my child feel comfortable and at ease during the process. Now, my child has a confident and radiant smile, and I truly appreciate the doctor’s patience and skill, which made this experience so positive. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of orthodontic treatment!
