I contacted Breen's Florist on December 14, 2015 to have an arrangement delivered to my husband for our wedding anniversary. I was late getting my order placed and Amanda assisted me with getting the arrangement designed and delivered before 1:00pm the same day. The flowers were beautifully designed just like the photo on the florist's website. GREAT job Breen's! Thank you very much!

The WORSE experience I've ever had!. Called the florist requesting a specific arrangement. I was told that it could be completed and delivered the same day -- fib #1. Was quoted a price that included deliver charges, I was ok with the charges -- received my bill there was an upcharge of a $50 -- fib #2 Arrangement was not delivered until next day -- up-charged for that -- fib #3. I've been a loyal customer for probably 20 years. When I order flowers, they come through for me every time. Like Christmas at Wal-mart, florists are busy at peak times like Valentine's but to me what matters is all the little things. Like sending my girlfriend 30 green balloons on St Patricks day or making sure mother's flowers were there when she needed them most. That to me is a good florist. They are there when you need them most. Breen's is there!

Outstanding in their field – I have been a customer for years. The flowers are outstanding quality. Every florist has its challenges, especially at holiday times, and I don't think it's quite fair to judge a florist solely on the "delivery" of flowers on a major holdiay. I have found that when a delivery is not made to my expectation the customer service makes up for the disappointment I felt. Thanks Breen's for taking care of me.

Horrible!! – If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines Day. What was delivered looked like a 3 year old shoved some flowers into a vase. They weren't arranged, many were crushed, it was absolutely horrible! There were only 3 roses, but what was ordered had close to a dozen shown. My husband ordered the Sweetheart Bouquet Deluxe. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE – Paid almost $200 for Valentine's Day roses, and they weren't delivered. Phone calls went straight to voicemail, or their option to hold for the next consultant merely hung up on you. Got an email on Feb 15 saying they had tried to deliver at 10:42PM on Feb 14, but were unsuccessful. Seriously????!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – Valentine's day fiasco, provided by Breens! My fiancee attempted to contact the store to find out where the roses he ordered were, as they were not delivered to my office on Valentines day. First he was told that the delivery person knocked on the door, and no one was there. Not true. There was someone in my office all day! Then he was told the flowers were delivered to suite 120. A Florist that Delivers... – I recently used this florist and they hit a home run with me. When I called the listenen and cared about my order. They made suggestions to make sure I was sending something appropriate. Then they backed it up with a wonderful design and delivered on time. I will use this florist in Houston everytime.
