Received a flyer in the mail. Placed an order for one of the items on sale. Received an email stating store is out of the item, however more are being ordered. Item never arrived. Manager took all my information and advised me she would call me back. Manager did not. Instead had an employee call me, advising I was out of luck, item still not in stock. I was told a comparable item was in stock, but at twice the price. Why advertise items on sale, when these items are not available?
RecommendedI’ve shopped at Breed’s for a long time and have been so happy with the service and products. I highly recommend it during normal times. However, I was disappointed when I went in yesterday and the staff had not been provided with masks. I especially noticed after shopping at Parker’s in Elgin earlier in the day. They supply masks for staff and there was a sign on the door saying you wouldn’t be admitted without a mask. I felt so much safer in there. Please supply masks for your staff, Breed & Co. Thanks!
Used to love shopping at breed till I found out they sell leg hold animal traps, cannot support a business promotes cruelty to animals.These are also very dangerous to children and pets. Shame on you.
Helpful and friendly staff. They have everything from rakes to power outlets, Baccarat to Palmetto Cheese. Seasonal decor and a cute little nursery.

Not helpful. Helpful to the white people there. Walked out didn't say bye, thank you, nothing. A tad bit racist. Second time there, exact same thing happened. 0 stars!!
