I had a great experience buying my new used car. My car salesman Chester Gilbert was very thorough and made sure I got exactly what I needed!
Awful service! My transmission on my 2013 Fusion went out at 80,000 miles and it took them 2 weeks to fix after assuring me that it would take a week. I hope you don't need your car!

By far the worst Ford dealership I've ever dealt with. Jim the assistant service manager is rude and condescending, the salesman are lazy and unhelpful. They're also uneducated on the cars. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Stay clear of them. They'll try and screw you any which way possible. I'll never buy a car from them ever again and I've been driving Fords for 25 years. Thank you Bredeman for making me someone else's customer now!
