Well let me just add my name to complaints!! I to was scammed by this company as well and have not received a title. We purchased our car in October and was repeatedly told a different excuse each week when I called asking about, then would put me on hold for however long I was willing to hold out. I think as far as improving the dealership answer phones, emails return emails and voicemails. I would have them take cars off cargurus.com, carsforsale.com, and their own website when there sold. I will never have anything to do with them again i drove 4 hrs to buy a car it had been sold they didn't unpost it and their doors were locked during business hours and he was rude to me on top of everything
actually purchased the vehicle from their other lot which is now closed. Bought the car in February, first it didn't pass inspection, and when it finally did, I discovered I had never been given the title. I still don't have it. They keep telling me that they're looking into it and will call me back. Now they aren't answering the phone.
Selling cars with no titles causing problems at dmv WITH license plate issues
there a joke wont even give my gap insurance which I bought back to me so I'm out of a grand and the person that handles that is never there
