Let's start with how shady this place is. They took my boyfriends Dental insurance over the phone. They told us they took the tpye of insurance. We went in for a full cleaning and he needed e-rays and some work done so an evaluation as well. The dentist did a half cleaning. They sat him down made him pay $100.00 and told him his insurance was not covering anything, and then tried to make new appointments for the full cleaning and other stuff. I always have a great experience when I have dental work done here. The office worker that deals with payments and financial issues is horrible! She has a dismissive attitude and she assumed repeatedly that I couldn't afford the necessary work; even when I told her that I have it. She's the pits but everything else is fabulous!

I am not pleased with the appointment cancellation policy. I received an appointment reminder on a holiday weekend with no option or instructions to cancel. I called at 8am after the holiday which was my appointment day and will be charged $50. I will pay it, but I will also find another dentist. Seems like a bad business decision, as we are a family of 6. I understand it's your policy I just don't like it and I'll take my business elsewhere.

An administrative nightmare, from hang ups on the insurance company, to filing claims and keeping the funds for work that was never done. Not to mention shredding my tongue. Will be seeking to report this business.
