Great place to live. Management are helpful and willing to work with you if you ask. Maintenance is good for the most part, although it may take them awhile to get to you. There are no bug problems, as they do spray for them once a month. New washes and dryers were installed last summer too!! Nice area close to shopping and restaurants. Buses stop across the street every hour on the hour from 6am to 6pm. Great place to live!
Lived here for six months, management changed on the fourth month. The apartment itself is nice, open, clean for the most part -- but new management was horrible. i opened my door to find the maintenance man listening in to my conversation with my fiance and friend, then was accused of plotting to beat someone up... then was evicted for noise that was actually made by the neighbor across the hall.
The good1. Good area (across the street from a school)2. Large spacious rooms3. Cheap rent for the most partThe Bad1. They do not know how to snow plow - instead it because an ice skating rink2. They seem to allow only young, loud, annoying tenants so if your quiet and nicer prepare yourself to be annoyed but the other tenants3. Breckenridge (new name: Breckinridge) was good before it was bought. Since the new owner and manager took over, it is really bad! As soon as they bought these apartments, they increased our rent \$15 more. The new manager could never be reached, the water was shut off suddenly without giving the tenants advanced notice. When something broke, there is no way to call the maintenance guy since the new manager cannot be reached. Most of current tenants plan to move out as soon as they find another place.
