There is something special about working out here. The minute I walk in the door I am welcomed by name not only from the trainers but from my fellow workout buddies. There is an atmosphere of encouragement and family. The trainers take an interest in you as an individual and push you to do more than you would due if left to your own devices. I love the energy the moment you walk into Breckenfit. There is always great music playing and you’re always greeted with an extremely loud “good morning!” Great boxing classes with a touch of full body workout. Never will you leave breckenfit NOT drenched in sweat. Excellent place to start your fitness journey, I joined November 2017. I have increased in strength, agility, and can now see difference in my body. I feel energetic and have a passion for working out and helping others reach their goals. We also love the fact I can take my family and know that my kids are also being trained. We have made new friendships and even started the trainer program to help others while encouraging them on their fitness journey.
One of the Best gyms around!!! They have really changed my life...Told them my goals and I am on my way! 💪🏾Scared of Josh at first😱 Saw him and said "I could take him down!!" 🤣 One of the nicest guys ever!!!
