I love how welcoming they are they call you by name. We are all a team and they are very motivating encouraging and very family oriented positive atmosphere. They encourage you to work out your hardest and the music pumps you up. I highly recommend Breckenfit gym you will not be disappointed.
My new obsession! Feels good to walk into a place and instantly feel welcomed, have direction, and walk out feeling really good about your work out!
It's definitely a family affair at Brekenfit...My kids and hubby love this place. The atmosphere the trainers bring out is great!... very motivating especially for those like me that don't like working out, because of intimidation. The trainers make it fun, and enjoyable, and when you start seeing results you want it even more. Way to go BreckenFit!!!
