The Hispanic lady with black curly hair at the front desk needs to be replaced she rude and passive aggressive seems to judge with her looks
Went to Dr. Thrash for hair thinning and healthier skin, and I’ve already been so impressed with the results. His treatment plan is working great, and he was thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Great staff, too. Highly recommend!
I had a great visit with Dr Thrash and his staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the checkout desk, and everyone in between was super friendly & very helpful. And Dr Thrash was fantastic!
Dr. Thrash was a good provider but this office is an absolute disaster to deal with. Calls aren't returned. Issues are never addressed. The staff are generally unpleasant, disorganized, unprofessional and disrespectful. I saw this office for over a year and couldn't get them to give me online access so I could message my provider. Multiple staff over multiple months couldn't handle something that should never have been a problem in the first place. I escalated this to a regional manager, who stopped replying to emails.
