We had a good experience when having to have our veterinary scales calibrated! The gentlemen I spoke to- Zack was able to help and worked with us to get scheduled in a timely manner.
They are very professional. They kept track of our yearly inspections and let me know when I needed to schedule an inspection.
Always on time and professional
The day before they were to perform quarterly calibration, and employee dropped a scale. It would not measure properly. Without contacting Brechbuhler, they already had a replacement scale on hand when they arrived the next day. This prevented us from having extended downtime. Excellent service.
