Brecca Construction, LLC was assigned to us by Amazon Dryer Installation Services November 4th 2018, expected date of installation is 12/01/18. Technician Rick arrived on that date without any parts to install it. Not even attempting to get the parts on same day they said they just going to reschedule it whenever. New appointment arrived 12/03/2018 on a weekday, during work hours so we took a day off to be prepare for the installation.
