Purchased a home from Tim Breault and was super happy with the build and closing process. When it can time to stand behind his product and perform repair/warranty work. Getting Tim to come and complete the repairs was like pulling teeth. After multiple emails and calls i finally got a response. And he was irate and upset at me. Due to the fact that my repairs had never been completed like he promised.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Our new home was beautiful in Townsend Park and great financial decision! Would 100% recommend.
House is completely falling apart after Only a year and half. Awful cracks everywhere that were fixed in March 2020 but cracked all over again within a month in the same spots and even worse!! Also the house is leaking already. Windows leak and now the ceiling has been affected. I could go on and on It’s just awful....
I closed on a home 2/15/19, and the communication with the builder, and the construction supervisor were excellent through the closing process. Even after closing, the supervisor was still very responsive. EDIT: 7/6/19 - I have to knock off a stars for quality after only 5 months. Besides the issues with siding, hvac, trim, the builder never finished my final grading. While they communicate well, they cite rain delays, and my weeds are now so prevalent, you can barely see the dirt mounds, rocks and trash. I cant have landsca... read more
