⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Breathing Solutions Oshawa. Kathy was fantastic. She took the time to walk me through everything I needed for my CPAP and made sure I fully understood how it all works. At one point I thought I might need a new mask, but instead of just selling me something, she remotely adjusted my machine settings and solved the issue right away. I came in to purchase a CPAP machine based on a doctor referral. I didn't know what to expect but Kathy made the whole experience easy. The ADP process was seamless since they take care of that paperwork and you just sign. Choosing the machine, picking out a mask, and having the process explained in simple terms made me determined to adjust to sleeping with machine. Unimpressed. They charged $325 for a mask that should have cost $125. I'm currently renting a CPAP machine from them until I have the money to buy one elsewhere. **Do your research!** Check online sellers. Even losing the 75% coverage from the government I can buy an adequate machine online for less than these guys would charge me. I'm stuck for now but not forever. I have been a customer for years, I have dealt with Cathy who is the most amazing person. She has helped me. Try on masks fit masks. Let me take them. If I don’t like them I can get the one I love. I just purchased two more masks she spent over an hour and a half with me and she’s one of the best knowledgeable people I’ve met. I’ve had a CPAP machine for over 15 years anybody that deals with her will get an A1 rating from me if I could give her a 10 star I would next time you go ask for Cathy.
