Loved my experience with Kaylee getting my postpartum body stronger and building my confidence in it!
Had my first appointment this morning. They got me in super fast and I am already in way less pain!! So excited to not be in pain. Kaylee is awesome.
I can't recommend Kaylee Carroll enough! I had a gloriously easy pregnancy until ~24 or 25 weeks when I woke up one night in terrible pain with what I later learned was a separation of my pubis symphysis due to extreme tightness in my hips and back muscles likely resulting from the type of exercise I had been doing, and a lack of focused stretching of my ever-changing body. I’ve had an amazing experience with Kaylee Carroll as my physical therapist. Her patience and guidance has helped ease the pain of my fractured tailbone and strengthened my pelvic floor muscles. She is very knowledgeable and is able to add some humor to our sessions as well. Kaylee has provided me with her expertise and given me hope to heal my body. I will be forever grateful to her!!
Kaylee is fantastic I started seeing her after I had my second baby and she’s helped me so much! I highly recommend her and Breathe Physical Therapy!
