This CPAP technician knows what he is doing!! His name is Jon-Michael. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, patient and kind. He thoroughly explains and answers your questions. He works with you so that you can adjust as easily as possible to a CPAP machine which I had difficulty doing. I went to 2 other very well-known CPAP businesses, but Jon-Michael in Scarborough made sure to personalize it to me. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism. I paid in full for several items that were never delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups on my part, the issue remains unresolved. I also scheduled an appointment with Michael, only to find their office closed upon arrival but office says that their open Sat 11am-5pm. They did not have the courtesy to notify me in advance that the office would be closed or that they would be unable to meet as scheduled.

John, the owner is very patient and provides excellent services to help me adjust the machine. He gives me a big help and saves me lots of time to search for solutions by myself. Thank You!
