i took my boys (age 3and 10) this past Saturday. They had a great time and are excited to go back.

Whether it’s hanging with the fam in the family salt room (which my kids absolutely love), the adult relaxing room with friends, or salty yoga I always enjoy coming here! It’s relaxing, great for my skin, and helps keep my allergies at bay. Cara the owner is amazing, so kind, and generous! I would recommend it for anyone!

Awesome family owned business on the south side of Murfreesboro. Come and get a few Christmas gifts for the salty folks in your life.
One of my favorite self care routines on my days off. The owners are a wonderful couple who are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My family has been many times and will continue to visit many times more.
After watching my daughter struggle to breathe because of some serious sinus congestion I took her in for a salt session after decongestants couldn’t clear her nasal passages. She was amazed, I was amazed and tonight she is breathing so well!!! We will be back as regularly as our schedules allow! Thank you!!!
