I HIGHLY recommend. 💚 Truly Zenful. The most relaxed I've been in a long time. Cara is the sweetest lady I've ever met! She is very responsive and personal. From the music to even the aroma in the environment, it's all so blissful. I will definitely be booking monthly. 🤗🧘♀️

How amazing and cool is this place!!! I requested an appointment this past Sunday night for today. The owner Cara responded very quickly and accepted my appointment. She was very kind and informative of what to prepare for and expect. Went for my appointment today and as soon as you walk in you feel so relaxed and welcomed! Once the bell on the door dinged the nervousness went away. Definitely recommend the infrared sauna chromotherapy and the salt room. My 5 year old grandson has allergies. He loves this place. He even asks to go here. Very relaxing atmosphere - no matter who you are. I always sleep better also
Mom and I LOVE getting away from everything and relaxing for an hour in the salt room. Cara and Jack are amazing! I try to go whenever I get to Nashville and make a special drive to Murfreesboro just to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
