I had my ducts cleaned and I asked on the phone will ther be any mess in the house, I was assured that all dust and dirty goes straight back to the truck and there is no mess in the house. The techs were very inexperienced and forgot to close all the ducts so we had a huge cloud of dust come into the house when asked about it , he aploygized but did nothing to correct the situation. Also they left behind their stuff including a price book and I realized that I was over charged on top of the extra mess in the house.
