I have loved everything about my BOL experience, from the first appointment to the big day. They have shown that they are very passionate about women’s health, mom and baby safety, and having a positive birth experience. Their office is very organized and all the women behind the desk are always friendly and very helpful. They also have a lot to offer postpartum and with family planning.
This was the best experience I’ve ever had going to a Doctor’s office. The ladies who schedule appointments are thorough and kind, they showed genuine concern and urgency for my situation. I was able to get in days earlier as an appointment opened up. The ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful and made sure I was aware of pricing and the service I’d be receiving. Breath of Life was amazing from day 1 of prenatal care to birth and beyond. I can’t thank Naomi enough for her support during labor and my water birth. Without her, I don’t think I would have made it through as easily. The entire staff was amazing. I had the best birth experience with both of my labors there. The staff Are amazing and the facility is super clean, yet very comfortable! I’d highly recommend using them if you are considering a natural birth.
I ended up being transferred to Morton Plant and was devastated not to have achieved the birth I had hoped for at this center. My prenatal care was very thorough and respectful. We had long appointment times with all the time we needed to talk about anything and everything. They even asked about the healing I’ve had for childhood abuse so they were aware of that during the birth experience - which can be very emotional/triggering in unexpected ways as well! I am currently 36 weeks and have been using Breath of Life. I got a lot of good recommendations for them when I was originally looking for a Birth Center. We have been pretty happy overall with them. They are knowledgeable, caring and helpful. They definitely know what they are doing and talking about. I have heard many good, positive birth stories from delivering there. I look forward to having my baby boy there very soon!
I was a patient for a short amount of time and was sent a email to review the services I did receive. After having previous home birth and birth center births I chose BOL for my initial prenatal care. I am thrilled that we discontinued care after the rude comments received and poor manners of their front reception. How dare I choose to delay initial care in the middle of a pandemic, for them it’s much better having my veins blown in their parking lot for “drive thru” care due to a model based on fear and unprofessionalism.
