That's the key, it's not a fad diet, it's a total program of several facets: nutrition of course, fitness training, chiropractic care, massage & stress relief tools & much, much more! I could not say enough good things about Breath of Life Chiropratic! Dr Kyle truly cares about his patients. He listens to your concerns and wants to help you be the healthiest version of yourself. He works to educate his patients. I always feel better when I leave his office, physically and mentally. He has gone out of his way to try and figure out ways to help manage the autoimmune disease I am dealing with. And his staff is exceptional too, always happy to help.
First time adjustment with Dr. Kyle but will be visiting him and friendly staff several more times before I leave Petoskey. Eager to see results not only in alignment of neck and back but over all wellness
