the check-in process is a little bit much to deal with. However the rest of my visit went fine I especially loved the lady who gave me the ultrasound she was very sweet I didn't catch her name but she was a tall blonde lady who was very kind and friendly. she kept my spirits up. the mamogram person was also delightful during a very trying time and experience
The people that work there are very nice explaining everything and the appointment time was exactly on time and the facilities new and look nice
This was my first mammogram. I was really afraid to come I. And have this process done. I must say that from the moment you walk in you feel this facility is designed to put you at ease. The check in process was very smooth and the staff was incredible. I highly recommend this facility👍
I arrived at my 2:00pm appointment at 2:30. I was unable to notify the Breastlink staff that I was running late because of ongoing issues with CarPlay. The woman at the scheduling desk presented as calm, confident, courteous and professional. After explaining that my appointment was 30 minutes earlier; she responded calmly and informed me that would check for cancellations and reschedule my appointment. My appointment wa for 2:30 PM. Althogh I was a little latebecause of an accident in 405, I had to wait until about 4:30 for a 10 minute bone scan test. I had to spend $11:50 for parking not to mention the boring 1.5 hour wait.
Staff are courteous and professionals.
