I visited Breastlink in Santa Ana for my annual exam and was so grateful for the care I received from Bita. She was kind, caring, and polite, and made me feel like a family member rather than just another patient. The worst facility ever. Terrible customer service, very condescending and your information is not safe here. We had an urgent beast cancer screening and they have been playing us for 4 months giving us appointments and approvals then we get there for them to tell us we still can’t. Please do yourself and your family members a favor and schedule any other clinic

Very disappointing experience. I accidentally waited in line on the first floor instead of the second floor. When I explained it was an honest mistake, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and refused to assist me. A little kindness and understanding would have gone a long way. I hope the center provides better customer service training so future visitors are treated with more respect and compassion.

This facility stands out for being all-women, which creates a more comfortable and supportive environment during what can be a stressful experience. The staff were neither rude or very charismatic. A couple of the women at least made an attempt at small talk. That positive point aside, the visitor policy felt inconsistent. My husband wasn’t allowed to accompany me into the exam area, yet another male visitor was permitted back, which was confusing and frustrating.
