This facility stands out for being all-women, which creates a more comfortable and supportive environment during what can be a stressful experience. The staff were neither rude or very charismatic. A couple of the women at least made an attempt at small talk. That positive point aside, the visitor policy felt inconsistent. My husband wasn’t allowed to accompany me into the exam area, yet another male visitor was permitted back, which was confusing and frustrating. I went for call back mammogram and ultrasound to this clinic. Previously, I had a mammogram done at Breast Link in Garden Grove. That one went well and I only felt discomfort but no pain. At this Breast Link in Tustin I felt a lot of pain. I am at home 5 hours later and feel pain pinches after taking a pain pill. I told the technician that it was too painful and I was not tolerating the pain. I went here today for my mom’s MRI. From the moment we walked in until we left, everything went smoothly. I was so grateful to all the staff for being so kind and responsive to my mom’s needs. Especially Eva, thank you so much! You made my mom feel comfortable, so she could get through the procedure so smoothly. :)

There appear to be several existing reviews similar to mine, but I want to add to them in order to warn anyone with a CHOICE as to where to have their MRIs / mammograms done. I have been coming to Wave Imaging / Breastlink for breast cancer screenings for almost 5 years. While Wave Imaging has not been the most organized in the past, today was exceptional, and infuriating. Pésimo servicio y poca empatia con las personas enfermas, me hicieron una biopsia desde el día 8 de julio y no saben nada de mis resultados , vengo a pedir ayuda y no muestran nada de empatia, lo peor es que ni siquiera me dan información completa a que laboratorio enviaron la muestra a analizar.
