Superior! From checking in, wait time, the procedure, it was a breeze. The staff was patient, kind, and thorough. The doctor was detailed and took his time with me. The air-conditioning was a bit cold, but besides that it was pleasant.
First off the facility is HUGE and beautiful. The staff was friendly and my tech was on time.

The good news is that in the end, I got my scan done. Unfortunately, getting to that point was extremely frustrating. Firstly, while in urgent care talking to appointment makers for rolling Oaks I was told, with my provider on speaker, that I wouldn’t be able to get in for a stat reading. I insisted they continue to figure it out because I had an immediate issue. The staff is very sweet and gentle and I would rather go to this location rather than other locations.
