Everyone was very kind and warm except Ashley in the reception; my appointment was at 12:05, I arrived at 11:55 instead of 11:45, she told me I was late in a rude way and asked me to fill out information on my phone, I told her to give me papers to fill, she asked if I didn’t know how to do it on the phone; then she said that they might not see me because I was late, very unpleasant woman
