Heather is amazing! Two days after coming home from the hospital, my nipples were bleeding and I was about to give up on breast feeding. However, Heather was able to help me and my little one with latching and positioning which changed everything! Heather Shabestari is incredible! I found her on Yelp when struggling to get my newborn to nurse. She’s so kind, responsive, intelligent, and insanely talented at what she does. She will support you in your breastfeeding journey wholeheartedly. She’s mastered all things nursing, pumping, and oral development for babies. Heather is incredible! I am a new mom and we were having a tough time introducing a bottle, baby would fuss and cry through the whole thing. Heather made some adjustments and we’ve been good to go ever since! She’s also been amazing with helping with any pain or soreness for mom. She made a huge difference for me postpartum!
Heather has been phenomenal in guiding my baby and me through our breastfeeding journey. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She is thorough, kind, and genuinely cares about her clients. She is always available when I have questions between our sessions and I always feel supported through our journey. Having a reliable lactation consultant is priceless as a new mom! I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family and look forward to working with her again in the future!
I have used Heather’s lactation services for both of my kids now and she is AMAZING. Soo knowledgeable and kind. Our session never felt rushed and she took the time to answer all of my questions. She identified both of my babies lip and tongue ties and referred me to a great pediatric dentist who could correct the issue.
