I was nervous going in for my appointment but that quickly went away after I was treated with the upmost respect and all my questions and concerns were answered which made me feel at ease! The two ladies that cared for me there were wonderful! It made me feel very comfortable that they were willing to ultimately leave a decision up to me if it was going to make me feel more comfortable instead of letting me walk out the door feeling scared for my health. I was treated with the utmost respect and care. They answered all of my questions, constantly asked how I was doing, and explained everything that was happening during the procedure so that my fears were put aside. They also gave me a complete explanation of what to expect afterwards. I am grateful to have had such a positive experience.

Julie and Gail helped me through a very difficult morning with their professionalism and sincere caring attitude making me feel comfortable and not forgetting I am a real human being. My appointment turned out to be a fortunate one for me, but had it not, I know their support would have made whatever was necessary easier to tolerate. There was no question unanswered or anxiety not addressed. I can not thank them enough.
