I would have given a "zero star" review if there was an option. Same issues as other reviews here. I went in once, no problem. Never received a bill. The next year I went in again. The tech was late (waited over 45 mins), she was rude, and I had an overall terrible/painful experience during the procedure. No, no, no, never again. Could not believe the experience I was given. After several attempts to first get through to book an appt, I had to wait 2 months to get in. The afternoon prior to my visit I was called by the accounting department that I had an outstanding balance of $13.80 from 2019. I questioned the validity of the bill given had never received a bill in the 5 years. After my questions I was informed that they would deny me to be seen until I settled the account! They NEVER answer the phone. To make an appointment, you have to drive down there. The front dest person is VERY rude and clearly hates her job. I won't be back and will instead go to the Breast Care center across the street.
They sent me a bill two years later, impossible to contact the billing department.
