What started as a routine mammogram and ultrasound unexpectedly led to a biopsy, and the doctor and staff were exceptional throughout. They were kind, professional and took their time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful situation much easier. I'm very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this imaging centre.
Maria, the receptionist absolutely has ZERO customer service skills. Dr. Patel you probably want to re-evaluate your front desk staff. Stay away unless you have some pent up aggression and want to take it out on someone, go to Maria, she's ready to get some aggression out. And Maria, you probably should go find another career. You are obivously very unhappy with you job and probably your life.
If anyone goes to their doctors and gets referred here just ask the doctor to send you somewhere else or you’ll have a very stressful and horrible experience here , my wife got referred here , she showed up to her appointment, receptionist and staff are incredibly rude they said they didn’t have her information for an appointment made her wait longer , instead of doing the procedures the doctor asked for they told her she was too young and were asking her if she was sure she needed those exams making her feel uncomfortable a... read more
I have been going to this practice for many years and have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. Dr. Patel has never made me feel rushed, answered my questions and I left my appointments feeling satisfied with the care I received. I have also never experienced any billing issues. My insurance has been billed appropriately each time and I pay the remaining balance. I will continue to receive care here; I trust this Doctor and her team.
