I don't know why this office has low review score. I been coming to this facility for almost over 4 years and the techs are knowledgeable kind and helpful. Dr Patel is so great too! She's super nice and she did my mammogram today because her technician retired she told me my results right away . She also answered any questions I had I love this place because if you are anxious to wait for results Dr Patel gives you results on the spot! What started as a routine mammogram and ultrasound unexpectedly led to a biopsy, and the doctor and staff were exceptional throughout. They were kind, professional and took their time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful situation much easier. I'm very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this imaging centre.
Maria, the receptionist absolutely has ZERO customer service skills. Dr. Patel you probably want to re-evaluate your front desk staff. Stay away unless you have some pent up aggression and want to take it out on someone, go to Maria, she's ready to get some aggression out. And Maria, you probably should go find another career. You are obivously very unhappy with you job and probably your life.
If anyone goes to their doctors and gets referred here just ask the doctor to send you somewhere else or you’ll have a very stressful and horrible experience here , my wife got referred here , she showed up to her appointment, receptionist and staff are incredibly rude they said they didn’t have her information for an appointment made her wait longer , instead of doing the procedures the doctor asked for they told her she was too young and were asking her if she was sure she needed those exams making her feel uncomfortable a... read more
