I want to express my sincere gratitude to the mammography team. They were incredibly friendly and efficient, and I was able to complete my mammogram in just 15 minutes. I truly appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.
From the phone call to set it up to the valet to everyone who helped me actually through the appointment itself, it was an exceptional experience.
I have tried for over 1 month to make an apt for a screening mammogram and breast US. I leave messages and no one returns your calls. Considering they are rated a good cancer center in the DFW area, their customer service is awful. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
