Came in to CPMC to have a lump in my breast checked out. I was initially very scared, but Karla, Agnes, and the Doctor took SUCH good care of me, keeping me informed and comfortable through the entire process. Karla, at the front desk, went above and beyond helping me with scheduling, insurance questions, etc. Agnes was the best. She held my hand through the entire process (sometimes literally) and made sure I felt OK before I left. The people working there are passionate about their work.
People are very strange these days. I used to know a girl; she had a dozen guys. One of them found out about it... beat her up so bad she ended up at a hospital on Guerrero Street.
Never again, ripp off and unprofessional care of my little 1-year-old. I visited the hospital and asked to get my 1-year-old examined because he was coughing to 5 days now. I just wanted to make sure that his lung is not effected. I waited for 3.5 hours, the doctor came, checked the lung for 5 minutes, said "nothing serious, come back when it gets worse". The bill came for $2.000!! Yes $2.000 USD. I will never in my life will go again to Sutter Health, because I believe this is scam and complete unprofessionalism and a shame... read more
