Unpleasant staff, terrible patient experience. They will not allow you to be with spouse even when waiting almost two hours for biopsy results.

Online scheduling in mychart was easy. Receptionist checking in helped me immediately, and I was called back quickly. Pam did the mammogram and I was done and out in less than 15 minutes after my appointment time. If going to 3100 then I recommend parking on 3rd floor and walking the sky bridge straight to the center. If you go in the hospital then go towards Starbucks and take the elevators to 3rd floor just after SB.
