The staff and Dr. Gordon are kind and compassionate. I felt that I was truly being being cared for.
From beginning to end, my appointment at the Adventist Health Breast Center was excellent! Registration process was smooth. Everyone was very kind, professional and caring. The wait to see the doctor was reasonable. Dr. Gordon was very personable, organized, compassionate, knowledgeable, and well-prepared when she saw me. She had papers in hand of my results with pre-written (hand written) notes of what she discussed with me. As usual, met with friendly front office. Called back by Nicole, took current history and vitals. Did a test in office measuring fluid. Dr Hoehne came in shortly after, did a breast exam, answered my questions thoroughly. The professionalism of all is excellent. Dr Hoehne is one of best doctors that I have ever had in my lifetime. I tell others quite frequently she is the best!
