I came in for a second opinion due to an abnormal ultrasound. The staff, when scheduling this appointment, gave no indication as to what their protocol or process would look like for this appointment. When I arrived I was not given any idea at check in and was brought back with the rest of the herd and asked to put a gown on from the waist up. My wife went there and waited for 2 hours in the waiting room and left. What a joke. We are still waiting on our refund.

I have been going to BCS for over 30 years and have found them to be a caring and professional group. I would not go anywhere else. Leaving knowing my results has been wonderful and I apprciate all they have done for me over the years.

I have been treated at this facility for 25+ years. Always a great experience. I am a medical professional and the service, results, staff, and physicians are the best, especially Dr. Amerson.

Update on Review: A few hours after I posted this review, I was contacted by the billing manager, who looked into what happened. They found out my refund check had been mailed to the wrong address and apologized. They also called me a few times over the last few days to make sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate that they took the time to read the original review and respond so quickly. It's good to know they pay attention to patient feedback and were willing to make things right.
