I have been treated at this facility for 25+ years. Always a great experience. I am a medical professional and the service, results, staff, and physicians are the best, especially Dr. Amerson.
Update on Review: A few hours after I posted this review, I was contacted by the billing manager, who looked into what happened. They found out my refund check had been mailed to the wrong address and apologized. They also called me a few times over the last few days to make sure everything was taken care of. I called today to see if I could get a biopsy, first they said they couldn’t take the results from other clinic which is fine, but the person who manages the scheduling was super rude, she even laughed at my face just because I asked if I could just do a visit and an ultrasound since I already know I have something that needs to be tested. It’s already difficult having to deal with this and then you have to face someone sarcastic on the phone while trying to deal with the situation of having something serious. Wonderful experience with Dr. Aversion and all the staff members
For the past 10 years I have trusted Dr. Amerson and her team with my care. They are wonderful! You may have a long appointment visit, but you walk out with everything completed- MRI, mammogram, ultrasound, consult in one visit and have answers when you leave.
