This was my first time at this location, and Vicki at the front desk was so kind and caring! Chatting with her was like chatting with a friend I've known for years! She made me feel at ease right away. I had arrived early because I didn't know what traffic would be like, and they were able to get me in right away. Be very careful with this hospital, they performed a cesarean section on my niece and never detected a serious infection, she was hospitalized a month later and the care has been terrible.
I had my first mammo last year and I am just so pleased with the treatment I’ve received here. We’ve been tracking a spot so I’ve been back a couple of times and they just do their best to make it as comfortable as possible. Vicki at the front desk is always a delight to talk to and provides great service with a smile. Karen has performed a few of my procedures and she is always gentle and easy to talk to. This wasn’t my first mammogram but was first at this location. There was some confusion on what I needed done but what made me feel awkward was that one of the techs assumed I was on Medicare. Super weird experience.
