I had my first mammo last year and I am just so pleased with the treatment I’ve received here. We’ve been tracking a spot so I’ve been back a couple of times and they just do their best to make it as comfortable as possible. Vicki at the front desk is always a delight to talk to and provides great service with a smile. Karen has performed a few of my procedures and she is always gentle and easy to talk to. This wasn’t my first mammogram but was first at this location. There was some confusion on what I needed done but what made me feel awkward was that one of the techs assumed I was on Medicare. Super weird experience.
This center does not care about your health or to explain what is going on in thorough detail. They don't listen to your concerns and talk over any that you bring up. I left my appointment more confused and nothing was resolved for me. I am extremely disappointed with my most recent visit.
5 stars, will definitely mammo/US here again. :) Vicki and Joyce and their coworkers treat you like loving and caring family every time. If there is ever an outstanding service award Centura/Littleton Adventist can give, they deserve it.
