I scheduled my appointment and the lady that answered had given me a different location from where I been going. Unfortunately I had to change so I get to the location to find out I was at the WRONG location had to wait 2 hours to see the MD, scheduling supervisor SHAY never called me back. I’m feeling Cleveland Clinic more and more too many attitudes at UH especially to the ill patients. Shame on them

Dr. Siljander is phenomenal. She explains this clearly, asks if I understand and if I have any questions. She takes all the time needed to ensure the right decisions are made.
