I started using Bream's a couple years ago when our HVAC went out. They were responsive and worked with us at first. We paid a significant amount of money to have our HVAC completely replaced by Bream's and have had problems with it multiple times in the first 2 years since installation. At first they were responsive and fixed the problems quickly. The latest issue was no heat on this brutally cold weekend. Job started falling apart the day of and continue to find new problems. Charged us for parts not used and labor not performed. The bill was corrected once we told them of the error. Duct tape was used on all joints which continue to fall apart. We are repairing all of the joints because we don’t trust them to do a proper job. Zero stars. Do not recommend.
