The people are friendly and kind. Warm and welcoming
WOW! Dr.Tracy is absolutely incredible. I was worried bringing my Budgie to the vet, but Dr.Tracy was amazing with my little girl. So kind and gentle, you can tell that she loves all the little animals she sees. Thank you for the amazing service! It was worth the hour drive.
It's been hit or miss for me at this vet clinic. Feel very uncomfortable having different opinions or suggestions to what is strictly recommended, not so much from the doctor but from receptionists and techs. Tone is condescending and impatient, and any notion of discussion or even asking questions for alternatives is seen as being argumentative.
